Reggie is a former chef who worked at Michelin star restaurants. After burning out, he neglected cooking and ate 90% of meals out while launching Over the next 10 years he became a sponge. He self taught himself the fundamental formula of what makes food delicious without the pressure of fine dining perfection and rediscovered a joy for cooking through being resourceful and saving buckets of cash not eating out. Today, he now happily cooks easy meals for his family without recipes while enjoying the process and wastes less than 1% of the groceries he buys. Today, he has taught his simple system to thousands of beginner and intermediate cooks and even some fancy chefs.
